Canceling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. 01

    Go to Settings > Billing.

  2. 02

    Click 'Cancel Subscription'.

  3. 03

    Select your reason for cancelling (optional).

  4. 04

    Confirm the cancellation.

  5. 05

    You'll retain full access until your billing period ends.

  6. 06

    Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.

💡 Note

If you cancel during a free trial, no charges will be applied. Data export is available before and after cancellation.
