Indexability determines whether search engines can include your pages in their index. If pages aren't indexed, they won't rank.
Screenshot: Understanding indexability issues
Navigate to the Indexability section in your audit results.
Look for pages with noindex meta tags that should be indexed.
Check for canonical tag errors pointing to the wrong URL.
Review pages blocked by robots.txt that shouldn't be blocked.
Identify thin content or duplicate pages that may be excluded by Google.
Fix issues and request re-indexing via Google Search Console.
💡 Note
Your sitemap should only include pages you want indexed. Regularly audit your sitemap for URLs that no longer exist or have been redirected.
